Depending on how you use MAY, we may receive account and contact information, business and workspace information, customer conversation data supplied by a MAY customer, technical and security logs, usage information, and information delivered through integrations that a customer chooses to connect.
2. Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate customer engagement and CRM features, process authorised workflows, provide support, measure service performance, prevent misuse, meet contractual obligations and improve the platform.
3. Business customer data
Businesses using MAY decide what customer data, knowledge, catalogue information and integrations they place into their workspace. Where applicable, the business customer remains responsible for its own notices, permissions and lawful use of that data. MAY processes that information to provide the contracted platform service.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell customer conversations or business data to advertisers. Information may be shared with infrastructure, communications, AI, security, analytics or integration providers only where needed to operate the service, subject to the applicable service arrangements and customer configuration.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the service, customer configuration, contractual requirements and legitimate security or legal needs. MAY provides platform mechanisms for authorised export and deletion processes. Some backup or security records may remain for a limited period before normal expiry.
6. Security
MAY uses access controls, customer data separation, credential protection, audit history and other technical and organisational measures intended to protect platform data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on your relationship with MAY and applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information. For end-customer data held inside a business workspace, the relevant business may be the appropriate first point of contact.
