Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set the basic rules for accessing MAY. A signed order form, subscription agreement or enterprise contract may add to or replace parts of these terms for a particular customer.
1. Using MAY
You may use MAY only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the permissions attached to your account and workspace. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out under authorised user accounts.
2. Customer content and data
You retain rights in the business content and data you provide to MAY. You grant MAY the limited rights necessary to host, process and transmit that content to provide the service and the integrations you choose to enable.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use MAY to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, gain unauthorised access, abuse communications channels, impersonate others deceptively, or instruct the platform to perform prohibited or unsafe actions.
4. AI-generated outputs
AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. MAY is designed to ground customer-facing answers in approved business sources and structured data, but customers remain responsible for configuring authoritative information, reviewing high-impact workflows and deciding where human confirmation is required.
5. Plans, trials and billing
Available plans, trial terms, included usage and prices are those shown in the active commercial offer or applicable order form at the time of acquisition. Taxes, payment terms, overages or contracted pricing may be governed by additional commercial documents.
6. Third-party services
MAY can connect to third-party services such as communications, identity, AI, CRM, calendar or business systems. Those services have their own terms and availability. MAY is not responsible for changes or outages in services it does not control.
7. Intellectual property
MAY and its platform software, brand, documentation and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of MAY technology to a customer.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, update or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We aim to operate MAY reliably, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service unless a separate service-level commitment states otherwise.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment where applicable, or as provided in a customer agreement. Customers remain responsible for authorised data export before account closure where required.
10. Liability and governing documents
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAY is provided subject to the liability limitations agreed with the customer or, where no separate agreement exists, reasonable limitations appropriate to a technology service. Any signed order form or enterprise agreement controls over these public terms if there is a conflict.
