AI agents and your team

Create specialist AI identities around your business, with shared authorised context and clear responsibility.

Choose the role

Define what each customer-facing AI employee should handle: sales, service, finance or another supported department. Give it the right approved knowledge, catalogue scope, instructions and escalation path. Naming an agent does not grant access to every source.

Departments, locations and members

Use the team and department configuration to assign the intended people and AI identities. Review the role permissions and location assignments. Shared customer context follows authorised access; staff-only knowledge remains restricted.

Private Team Assistant

Staff can ask questions against the knowledge they are authorised to use. Team reporting follows the relevant reporting permission. A staff role must not gain access to another tenant or a restricted department through an assistant response.

Test a handoff

  1. Start a synthetic customer conversation and collect the relevant context.
  2. Route or hand off to the intended specialist or human team.
  3. Verify that the conversation history and relevant CRM facts are available to the authorised recipient.
  4. Use a second role to check that restricted knowledge and administrative settings remain inaccessible.

Changing access

Review memberships when staff move roles or leave. Disable access promptly and verify sessions and machine credentials as appropriate. Administrative privileges should be limited to people responsible for managing the business workspace.
