CRM, appointments and workflows

Turn a conversation into an accountable next action.

Customer and lead context

Customer profiles, conversations and lead stages are linked business records. Review the captured fields, source, owner and next action. Keep explicit source dates for changing facts and correct inaccurate information through the authorised business process.

Configure a workflow

  1. Choose the intended trigger and confirm the business purpose.
  2. Define the action, required data, permissions and human approval boundary.
  3. Test with synthetic records and inspect the workflow result.
  4. Retry only after checking whether the external action already completed; duplicate requests must not create duplicate customer actions.

Appointments and tasks

Create or update an appointment or task with a clear owner, time and business timezone. A MAY appointment record and a calendar-provider event are separate records. Confirm a supported connector or explicit workflow before expecting an external calendar entry.

Failures and human control

Review failed actions and provider responses. An AI reply saying an action is intended is not evidence that a booking, payment, email or external update completed. Confirm the actual action status and use a human handoff when needed.
