Plans, AI wallet and usage

Understand licence costs, metered AI use and the permissions needed to see them.

Licence and optional capabilities

The current pricing page lists the published plans, included users and locations, and optional capabilities. Monthly and annual terms follow the selected plan. Enterprise retains its existing enquiry process; Custom is a separate route for bespoke development requirements.

The AI wallet is separate

AI usage is charged through the business rupee wallet. Licence payment includes no automatic AI wallet credit. The published minimum top-up and tax treatment apply. Provider messaging fees and advertising spend are separate from MAY connector charges.

Read a usage entry

Open AI usage with the appropriate permission to see measured usage, final charges and pending reservations. Processing reservations and final settled costs differ. Do not treat an estimated token count or an unfinished reservation as a final invoice.

Personal versus business usage

Your Profile & Account page shows your identity and available personal activity. Business-wide financial or team reports require the relevant role permission. Usage that cannot be reliably attributed to a person must be labelled as business usage rather than represented as a personal total.

Common questions

For a balance discrepancy, include the workspace, date range and usage/invoice reference when contacting the authorised billing administrator. Never include an access token, API key or password in a support message.
